Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. I will arrive 20 minutes early for our scheduled appointment in order to give the full time scheduled. If you are not available at the set-up time, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
*This time is scheduled just for you and only you, I reserve and guarantee your appointment and I ask you to do the same.
You can prepay your service online with an eGift Card on my website. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
Failure to arrive for your appointment or cancelation with less than 4 hours will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
